Every single time, the guy claims he's good enough to follow whichever big 6 riders are starting and that there's no point in trying to anticipate their attacks. Every single time, he can't follow when push comes to shove. Must be hard to race if you have either the memory of a goldfish or the delusions of Nero.
If he's in the right place I think he can follow the first attack.

The problem is that he doesn't seem to realize he shouldn't take turns with Pogacar let alone Evenepoel cause that kills him dead.

He says being able to go 250km is something he still has doubts about. But after the '21 WCC i was actually impressed/amazed by how well he did in the final. Seems like he hasn't progressed since, if not the opposite.
