Didn't Voet get a lot of his dope for Festina from Portugal and Spain, due to the fact that both countries didn't have any strict laws preventing large (lab)sales of dope related products?

No surprise there. Doping in youth categories is rampant as the recent survey of german youth categories clearly shows.

Completely anonymous. 6.8% said yes. This, in the country where the stigma of doping is highest and therefore where you can expect the percentage of riders doping to be one of the lowest of any country.
Now think how many more are doping but won't admit to it even anonymously. Surely no small number.
As for the team, it's a small association and it doesn't have pros, just youths and "oldies".
