LOL, what a classact Giro is. Switch from the best to the second best once the best no longer got it. Very classy.

Edit: And yes skidmark you can come up with a rolleyes smiley.

oh, wrong link, i was talking abour Radioshack http://www.cyclingnews.com/races/driedaagse-van-west-vlaanderen-2012/prologue-itt/photos/209869

I was joking about the Bell or Giro sticker. they are the SAME helmets, just the name changes, and by the way BELL owns GIRO, so they just put a different sticker on it. look at last year's Leopard TT helmets: same helmet.

Florecita, why reacting this way anytime you fear there's something related to your dear? tranquila

 okay I fail lol. But how could I have known I don't bother about the equipment.

By the way way I only react this way whenever I fear someone is being bad to my dear.

Not looking good for Radioshack to remain a sponsor. Lee Applebaum, the Chief Marketing Officer who signed the deal and fought to keep it, is leaving the company.

Perhaps Andy will ride for free? - this ones on the house?

Perhaps the team will fade their jerseys until they get paid?

Maybe Lance will kick in some personal funding?

maybe it's time for certain people to move on.

Unless the contract has get out clauses there isn't much a change at the top will mean. Wasn't this the final year if sponsorship anyway ?

It's called the "Lance Effect"

Hope Becca can find someone to replace RS after this year

Sponsors come, sponsors go. So what's new with that. You might try blogging about races for a change and live up to you name. This is old news. I've heard that Amgen might be picking it up. Rumors.

Wars and rumors of wars. The Amgen bit is pure bluff of course. I would think they are courting a European sponsor with so few US riders. Horner is unlikely to repeat the Cali with no Sierra Road this year. Leipy (as Sean Kelly calls him) probably was on the planning committee.;)

“With Nuyens at Flanders and Vansummeren at Roubaix, it was ‘foot soldiers’ who won. If you analyse it a bit, of the big favourites, I was the one who finished first in those classics,” he said. “Ok, they’re not victories but I did great things physically. I went beyond myself, much more than normal, almost to death.”

lol I just now caught this. Cancellara is still crying about Nuyens and Vansummeren's Monument wins. :p

Blogging? I do not blog,

Yes, sponsors come and go but CMO do not often get fired unless their strategy stunk. Attaching your brand to a toxic person is a risk.

Cancellara is usually a somewhat classy rider... but with that statement? wow.

and this is why boonen is a million times the rider that cancellara is, i bet if canc was on boonen's situation on the 08/09 rondes he would have gone after his team mate because he wasn't good enough to deserve the win
