Highly disappointed. Maybe the thinking is to have him as co-captain for the Vuelta. If Raymond isn't on form, which is entirely possible given his injury and projected time off the bike, RSNT will want to bring a credible team there (the course suits Raymond better than the Tour de France).

EDIT: Btw, I'm stoked for Horner. Hopefully he has better luck than last year and can help animate the race when the road goes up (I don't want to see a UK Postal Procession--at least I want to see people fight their attempts to have a procession)

Gotta feel for the guy, but frankly I think Fuglsang's been a bit hyped over the years, can't see him winning a GT and he can't make much damage when pulling on the climbs or help a struggling leader (Kloden might need him if he can deliver in the ITTs), so...

As for Horner being back...well, dunno, a cynic would say that he was right but to put his head on the chopping block for Lance, or maybe it's just his back.
