I have a feeling Klöden will bonk on some mountain stage. And Zubeldia? Seriously? They shouldn't be riding for a GC top 20 but stage wins.

Only half right. Zubeldia had a great ride considering. Too bad Horner had to baby sit Klöden the implosion today. He would not have won, but I would have put him up with Monfort.

Freelance work anyone?

Can't figure why RSNT didn't not have Cancellara on the front going into the last climb.

Nah. No point in defending a glorious 6th place. Let Horner ride his own race and we will see if he is as good as some people think he is...

Not today, but on the good side, he did not have to go full gas. Klöden looked awful. Well, so is goes.

Frank Schleck: “I saw Klöden was in trouble and I am a loyal teammate and thought I might be able to help bring him back. Chris also waited for Andreas. I think in the last kilometers I was quite strong but the pain from my injuries made it a hard day for me. I do feel confidence for some of the upcoming stages.”

I don't believe you Frank:p

You like the rest of the peloton couldn't follow SKY

30 HORNER, Christopher (RADIOSHACK-NISSAN) + 2:19

Hmm. Best "mountain" stage for Zubeldia since about, uh, 2003?

I didn't see the stage, but what happened to Horner and Klöden to be beaten by Gallopin and cancellara?

Actually probably since Dauphine 2 or 3 years ago, he looked very good there, attacking everything that moved in one stage, later won by CA Sorensen I think. Only to fail badly in the Tour, blaming it on heat in the Pyrenees and cold in the Alps :D

Pathetic performances by Horner and Schleck today. They barely outclimbed Cancellara!!!!

Not good. This team is going into extinction at the end of this season.

Probably Schelecks are already planning leaving

The good one is the younger brother but his lack of will to compete during the season is hurting his potential.

Horner had a flat at 20K to go and a hard chase. Then he had appear to be riding with Klöden who was in real trouble. Still waiting on his video diary for details. Sometimes we don't see it all on the Tube.

"Today's @SRMtraining graph is up. Think the hardest part of my day was after my flat with 20 km to go. That one HURT!."

If you actually watched the race you would have realized Schleck went back to help Kloden, and then dropped them easily when more help came. Only losing 1 minute after doing most of the Giro, Lux, and Suisse is pretty good for anyone. Horner was helping Kloden after Frank left. Watch the race before you start ripping guys for a bad performance.

This team.....is horrible, the leadership is horrible and the riding is horrible. Instead of going for stage wins like they should, they are trying to fight over 14th,15th place on the GC! Imagine that! Pacing guys up the mountain to limit loses under 5 minutes lol...

So one person says schleck went back to help kloden. Then someone says Horner stayed to help Schleck. Then, Schleck just dropped both?

Which is it?

Doesnt matter I guess. They all sucked today and have no hopes of a podium with Sky and BMC being able to mostly keep it together on the climbs formtheir main guy. They couldnt get it together todaynat all, big mess.
