Van Gils has been super consistent this year and a stage win is a possibility if he gets into a weaker break.

It's the Tour, the chances at a weak break where he's actually in (he's not the best at getting into breaks as he often feels meeh at the start of a race) are really slim. This isn't the Giro.

I'm not ruling it out - He's been at a good level all year - Put it this way if Houle can win a stage there's a chance for Van Gil.

If you can't understand that this is lawyer talk, and very likely just some translation issues (which is pretty amateuristic ofcourse) I don't know man.

I really don't get what people want Lotto to do in this case? There's obviously lawyers involved, they probably can't say shiit and in Belgium firing an employee for this stuff does not just happen quickly.

He's definitely not the victim, even tho people don't need to act like he murdered someone, it weren't even actual nudes. He's still weird tho. Why would anyone do this, definitely when you work for a big cycling team. Anyone with some braincells should know you could get in throuble doing that.

That being said, the witch hunt this women and her followers are starting is a bit over the top for something like that.

It's also a bit weird that the women is just posting snippets of conversations. Like it's pretty obvious Davis and her were talking for a while (she even said that in a tweet) before positing that. Not saying she led him on or something, but I also don't believe he just randomly send that out of nowhere.

Yes he randomly sent that out of nowhere in the 2nd convo, he sent a similar in the first one and I kept trying to re-direct the convo to me looking for a job.

You make fun of someone trying to get a job, that is a new low. And yes when I had a bunch of hits I thought I'd try again, to gain something positive from it. many others came forward but it has only been stress and people accusing me of stuff that is untrue.

Henri Vandenabeele comes from DSM for two years.

He was really strong from February until April of 2022 - his first months at WT level. Since then, he rode really disappointingly, cannot find other words. I wonder if he has problems with his body?

You've cost a good DS his job. You're not a cyclist or have any experience in professional sport so tried to flirt your way into one then decided to stitch him up. I don't think you'll work in cycling after that.

Lotto seems to have perpetual bad luck with youth riders getting injured seriously.. prayers up and hoping for the best with Tijl.

Lotto dstny will change its's bikes next year.

It's confirmed in flemish press that de Lie wants a new /other bike and so in 2024 they'll have another bike constructor

Pros / competition riders have so much more exposure to the dangers of the road ...
Training for road bike competition (and leisurely riding) is a high-risk activity, and too many riders are dying in traffic.

It's heart-breaking. Too young to rest in peace. A tragedy for all involved. :cry:
