Weapons= Vast knowledge and holds on people.

The people with the intention of writing a new narrative in the post-Lance era is more or less the same people working with Manolo in the past and these people cant just shrug him off like yesterdays news.

It seems bizarre that he would publicly flaunt what is basically extortion in order to receive cooperation from the sport, though.Ballsy, yes, but smart? I cannot see how this works in his favor in the long run.
