Correction, its Eisel with Cav (seemed more likely). Startlist on the official site had Hunt as 203.

Liquigas needs to hammer this right now. If they let Cavendish back into the group, they're crazy.

It doesn't matter. You think after this display he could hand on the Poggio?

This is why Cavendish is not a worthy world champion, having won on a crapola course. :D

Zolder and Copenhagen don't count in my book (as if my opinion matters).

So I guess he still had some fat on him. ;)

that's what they say on Sporza, in the interview after Kuurne the journalist remarked he was at least 4/5 kilo's too heavy...

Even if he comes back, Cipressa will cost him dearly again...

The damage is done, and having just one Sky rider with him means that they gave up on him for the day, thumbs up for Sky for making a quick decision! EBH is the man now.

Doesn't matter if they let Cav back, he will be crushed on the last climbs anyway. I mean the guy looks totally exhausted.

Poggio is more easy than Manie. And it's more a question of positioning. But he has to spend a lot to catch the group.

Eisel needs a medal for this. Just brought Cav up to the bigger chase group. Still far down.

yes.. totally agree.

it's a pity.. cav has such a big talent.
in my opinion, he does not work hard enough. obviously, unlike andy, his raw talent can bring dozens of great and important wins, but he could so much better.
