I'd have a good guess where it was, but would rather know for sure...

I believe he lives somewhere around Maastricht, so I assume that's where it happened.

Very professional on the part of Martens. We (in our younger, more testastorone filled days) would have pulled the driver out of the car and thrashed him. No middle finger just a light pounding.
