I think there were fewer people in the streets than a normal Saturday when the race isn’t happening!

Who knows, though it would be a sign of health for the US races to return.

There is also a 1.1 race in Philadelphia on the 30th of August next year so the overall north american leg of the calender is getting a bit more healthy. Hopefully it's not just an attempt to cash in on people preparing for Worlds and it will remain in future years.
