hmmm it's funny how in history lot's dictators, caudillo's, liars, cheats etc began to believe their own BS.

If Cycling USA is that sort of animal can Greg Lemond count on their support for nomination as President of the UCI if McQuaid is ousted?

Without national federation nomination a person has no valid candidature for UCI President.

Also, on the death, resignation or dismissal of the UCI President the UCI Constitution provides that the Vice-President shall fill the position until the next Congress meeting. (Article 63)

The Congress only convenes annually unless an extraordinary Congress is convened.

Couple of hurdles to be considered to get Greg into the Pat's chair.

No - its fixed, which is why Pat suggested he go down the "democratic" route.

This is probably the reason for the CCN approach there is no way through for someone like Lemonde in the UCI 'Democratic" process.

No I was only wanted to say and I still say that Skinz made money off of the cycling which he wants to now change. I find that a bit well HIPPO Kritical.

I have been to the interwebs site CCN. That is how I know they have a cancer stick smoking tweeter on the official attendees list. Somehow the profile for that person describes them as the Social Media Mover. That was what I was talking about. I did not feel comfortable about the impression that this person was influential with the fan's voice. That was all.

The cycling fans voice web site you link is totally different than the web site I was referring to originally that happen to be Change Cycling Now. So how you go off on sending me over to another website I have no idea.
