I mean, of course Michael Rogers is doped. But not with Clenbuterol. If he wanted to lose weight he'd use AICAR.
To me it sounds way more probable that he ate meat in China, than him using Clenbuterol to lose weight after the season was finished.

VeloNation understands that some teams are instructing their riders to eat fish or chicken, rather than the more risky red meat.
