He's suffering from bronchitis, but I don't think he was scheduled to do MSR anyway, since he was supposed to have ridden Bredene Koksijde yesterday.

I don't know, but I expected Affini in this role, Van Emden with age has been climbing a little better and more climbs like the Capi or Cipressa, I even think he has been in the main first group of this race a couple of times after the Poggio.
