  I'd need that explaining: surely a puncheur is, by definition, one who excels at short steep climbs, so an unhill puncheur is a truism and a flat puncheur is a contradiction in terms.

I love this race. It's one of my favourites, but unlike all my other favourites where I have to watch all afternoon, for Sanremo I can do whatever I want for my whole Saturday and only catch the final 30km and don't miss anything.
