I'm surprised there are no roadside sightings listed on the live? Commentators asleep at the keyboard?

If Cav does take the win, I'll be happily delusional. If not, I'll be happily delusional for the other guy who wins. It's cycling, man. The best sport ever. Why not be happy?

Is that armstrong riding at the front of the peloton?

15:28 CET 256km/42km to go
Acqua e Sapone is on the front as well, with Garzelli patiently sitting behind his teammate.

Armstrong is also sitting in the peloton, as is Mark Cavendish.

I'm still guessing he's protected until the end for a Merckxian finish.

When did this happen? They didnt mention it on Eurosport. Do you know whether that coverage is live?

Heard it live on RAI, with my dodgy Italian....

Armstrong out the back, riding with McEwen and way behind Cavendish on the Cipressa!
No wonder he sounded bored in his RAI interview....
