Hi mods. In the clinic there are two JV threads, and I was wondering if that if they could be merged, now that JV responses in both of them.

How do you find out which moderators are currently online, if you want to report something? Take a look at the last page of the sky thread, and tell me if noddy69 isn't outright admitting his or her intentions. I have nothing against the individual personally, and will simply put the person on ignore, but the lack of moderation in the last month or so has gotten to be riduculous.

Even people that do not like Alberto are starting to wonder whether he just does it to troll or because he likes to get into fights with people. It's a very low estimation of forumities' awareness. Even an offensive one.

Oh, I remembered one more argument: a rider with one life cannot beat other rider with two in the Tour cos' we know what consequenses getting popped in France is fraught. Though, I won't be surprised if Contador bluffs to the bitter end. The guy truly has no fear. Being busted twice in the Tour would be a new cycling milestone. It would be an instant 5 year prison term

Meaningful part of my post is written in a facetious key about Andy, including black humor regarding Contador. All the more so to despise a guy for his strong intrusive doping stance is absolutely normal for a fan who is all for clean sport. Even it will be achieved with a complete substitution of present peloton.

and also he said Alberto should burn in hell and should be shot, I know insulting riders is allowed on this forum but this seems much more serious. Maybe he is joking but it is not funny.

I say 2 year ban and a year salary fine and next offence = life ban and 5 years in jail

Ryo has been banned multiple times for laughing at riders crashing, so wishing them to burn in hell should be against the rules.

I wasn't aware about that thread until now, I would've liked to have said something too. I echo your sentiments. It's sad to see CN does nothing to moderators who slander others or mock first time posters.

Today I found out about this thread. I would like to Thank CN for the forums; giving us a place to discuss cycling

It's true that some posters ignore the rules and others bicker, but the majority of the posts are informative and interesting.

The funniest thing to me is that one can:
- post thousands of absolutely zero in terms of informativeness and interest posts like 'it’s getting annoying', ‘lolz 10 char', '+1 10 char', 'i like it 10 char' or 'everyone who doesn’t agree with me knows nothing about cycling’;
- call others trolls just because of the fact he/she disagrees without having proper arguments but 'I don't like it. That's it';
- call others posters deluded, to estimate their logic and call this damaged sometimes;
- ask about LSD in quite offensive manner;
- discuss posters instead of cycling;
and… to be unpunished.
While other writes an absolutely harmless post with a word 'anti-doping' and gets a ban allegedly ‘cos it became the last step. As to 'the hole in the head', I may be wrong surely. But sadly I reason in other language, in which such a cue could be handled only like a joke. Just a metaphore on the subject of how fight against lies could be implemented. Back to Argos/Saxo thread anyways, the topic was opened in racing thread. Does anyone think the answer can be given, using exceptionally racing criterion? The decision will be made solely on racing aspect or what? If the decision had been made purely based on sport results, the thread wouldn’t have been opened — because it's no longer needed.
Well, I’d be glad to observe some consistency in this regard. But unfortunately one barely can hope for that given some of the mods.
