What a joke I wrote a response after countless accusations about Froome by BroDeal in the Sayer thread and a mod has deleted it, whata joke no warning it is a bad comment, no nothing. You no why because it was a perfectly fine comment(cant say it is off topic when imquoting someone who as made 3-4 claims on Froome, but yes you have not deleted their posts have you or warned them as I countlessly do). I no exactly what mod it is who has done it, im guessing you think Froome dopes, huh? So as I always say this massive conspiracy against me not being 1 of the crew, just proves my point. That mod obviously des not like me sticking up for someone.

nono, don't think you gave my emailaddress. of course not. my point was about the fact that froome191 asks a question about something that i think doesn't really concern him (it concerns the mods) and suddenly it's thrown out in the open that i wrote you an email. the mods c/should perhaps be more discrete with this kind of info, it was between me and the mods, i thought.

of course, posters have the right to know why other posters get banned, for instance to avoid getting banned themselves, or to express their disappointment with the ban.
but the reasons behind my UNbanning should, at least if i had anything to say about it, have remained confidential. (this is just my opinion. to be sure, it's not my intention to interfere with the moderating in any way.)

also, i never heard from the mods why i was banned.
a bit odd.
froome asks why i was unbanned and gets an immediate answer.

Wow does it seriously matter, who cares that you ask susan by sendin an email. Everyone no's that's how to get your ban overturned, it sounds like your just clutching at straws. No one no's who your name is lol or your email so why the fuss.

In my opinion, comparing Riis and Froome and saying it's the same thing would make someone look like a ****ing idot.

Yes. Almost 200 posts in a couple of days between acoggan and various others, none on topic. Baiting by all concerned. acoggan was asked to stop responding, and everyone else was asked to stop quoting his off topic posts.

To be clear, acoggan is free to post like every other member, however he and everybody else is NOT free to post in the manner they derailed the Froome Talk ONLY thread.

As a forum, reports of our death are greatly overstated.

As for why that would need to be deleted? I'm repeating myself, but
1. we don't read everything, thus some things slip past.
2. in the interest of "open" discussion, if we don't see a fight, we don't call it. Thus, the context of the quoted, and the participants at that point MIGHT be important.
3. (this is important) ANY time a poster says "YOU ARE A (fill in the blank) it is or should be a red flag of an attack. Would you call a stranger in a bar a moron? Or an idiot? Under ANY circumstances? You'd be looking to collect your teeth, or hoist yourself out of the gutter when the barman tosses you out, right? And if it is a friend, which it usually isn't, how is the mod to know? The analogy to bar/pub has been made many times. It works.
