You've misunderstood. I'm not talking about the entire clinic board, I'm talking about people clearly out to p1ss off others. I actually enjoy the hogs input, as you'll see from my previous post. And for the record, I've hardly posted at all in the clinic. I don't have much to say..,its all been said. But tat doesn't mean I don't enjoy reading it.....at least the stuff without the childish bickering.

I wish Hog's trolling had been higher quality and I'd not have banned BroDeal and the Dr. Maserati thing was stupefying.

I don't see eye-to-eye with BD or Digger and I came to this forum in a brawl with Race Radio and TFF (Chewie). And I don't see the world the way you see it either but when you are right, you are right.

About PM's: you don't have to take my word on this, you can look up the legal precedents. I have yet to get another poster who resides in a country whose legal system descends from Germanic law to LOOK THIS UP, I have looked it up for UK, US, Aus. PM's are not private. They are the property of the recipient. The recipient can do what they want to with the info. Not being a lawyer, but that is my understanding. I do not know if countries whose legal systems are descended from Germanic law are different. I expect that countries with Romance languages (France, Spain, Italy) will be similar to the UK/US law on the matter. I have been told, anecdotally, that Germanic legal systems are somewhat more inclined to protect privacy.

I have had numerous discussions with Hiero2 about this issue on other threads, and via email. With it always coming back to a cultural difference on interpretation of "private message". I meant nothing else than that, and am sorry if any of you took offence.

We are getting a little miffed with the lack of response, and want to warn you that you could easily end up on our "This is who should be banned and for how long" list if you're not careful...

You know, I may be a real a$$hole, and I definitely have trolled actively and often, but I've never whined about my bans. That others can't work out the line, and then take responsibility for crossing it is disheartening and makes me grieve for the future of mankind...or at least their spouses or significant others...
