Of course it is, I have said it many times. Without mentioning names, some people can say whatever they like without even entertaining the thought of a ban

This really isn't the case as all types of people with different perspectives including some, for want of a better phrase 'big names' have been banned, that's not to say every ban is correct but just that nobody is off limits.

I admit, that was a hyperbole, but I still think its the truth (that some are favoured over others). Im just amazed what some people can get away with over and over considered what I was banned for

Seriously, you need to get over it and move on.

Everyone gets treated the same, some just navigate closer to the line than others, some cross the line with both feet and some cross the line with one toe. They all play by the same set of rules though.

You've been told all the info you'll ever be told. There's nothing else, it's over.

If you read the forum rules it quite clearly states that there's to be no complaining about deleted comments or being banned.

I'm asking you nicely to get past this (please) before it gets worse than it has to.

At what point do the mods just realise sniper is blatantly trolling in the LeMond thread.

I have asked several direct questions to sniper but they are blatantly ignored every time. Now there is no requirement on people to answer questions but if you are supposed to be part of a discussion but refuse to address posts that are relevant to the discussion, what is that other than trolling.

At what point do the mods just realise sniper is blatantly trolling in the LeMond thread.

I have asked several direct questions to sniper but they are blatantly ignored every time. Now there is no requirement on people to answer questions but if you are supposed to be part of a discussion but refuse to address posts that are relevant to the discussion, what is that other than trolling.

Sorry pmcg76, we can't force sniper to answer your questions.

If I had thought he was trolling by ignoring certain questions he'd have been banned for it but I don't think that's the case.

Maybe he should relax a bit and don't make up ridiculous rules. I mean giving mod power to fleur in a Contador thread? How do you describe that action?

You haven't even corrected that statement. Is that a rule now? Does fleur really control the contador thread?

In reading through the last five or so pages of the AC Discussion thread, I saw LaFlorecita (as well as many others) continually asking, very nicely, "Please don't attack each other", "Please don't gang up on that poster", "Please take this Contador versus Froome discussion to the appropriate thread", while people continued to do it, in some cases laughing about it.

It became apparent that the thread was being trolled, at least by some people, and LaForecita being trolled, as well. I ended up moving about three pages of posts to the appropriate thread, and deleted about a page worth of other comments.

I then posted a comment saying that you can post anything you like in the Contador discussion thread - whether it's Contador love, Contador hate, Contador meh, Contador versus somebody other than Froome, or even passing comments on Contador vs. Froome - just so long as it's on topic, i.e. about Contador.

When people then continued asking what they could post in the thread, I said if in doubt ask LaFlorecita. I said this in order to indicate that she has our support, just as you have our support when somebody tries to troll you. The polite efforts of LaFlorecita and others to keep order in the thread have not gone unnoticed, and the trolling hasn't gone unnoticed, either.

She is not, however, moderating the thread, the moderators are doing that. Post anything you want there, just so long as it pertains to Contador. If there is a problem, report it so it can be dealt with.

Amazing that you seem to be very good at googling up any sort of nonsense that you think might show LeMond in a bad light yet you couldn't find out why Eddy Planckaert had a poor final season or how Dirk Demol won Paris-Roubaix. You were corrected on it, again you ignored it. Page 223 Didn't respond again.

Then there are other facts like you quoting a World Pursuit Champion to show how dirty ADR were but when I asked you if that same person won their World title clean, you ignored it even though that is what the person in question claims. Page 228 Ignored again.

There are more but I would have to keep going back through the thread.

I think Maxiton clarified what he said in his post above. Just to reiterate though, no laflo does not control the AC Discussion thread.

She's not a moderator, she's the OP.

I have been following and joining the discussion and I haven't really seen anyone troll the thread, we mainly discussed Froome v Contador. If anyone trolled anybody, it would be some of the fanatic fanboys in that same thread. Maybe trolling is a bad wording, its rather all hell loose and I don't think the 'opposing' debaters should take responsible for that. The thread is as much the Contador-fans as it is a thread for anyone else wanting to discuss Contador, but I think the moderators and the forum in general fails to realise that sometimes

Giving fleur any sort of power is quite the red flag my boys. If you did it for a poster with an outstanding reputation i give you the benefit of the doubt even though still.
