That is a good question but it doesn't matter in this case. Deleted material should not be re-posted even if the poster doesn't agree with the deletion.

I really don't think some of the latest batch of mods are quite mature enough for the job. I guess you could say CN gets what they pay for.

Once you send it, it belongs to the recipient. Words, bullets, letters, and PM's... once you send them they ain't yours any more. Deleting a PM and banning a guy for posting it = weak.
