I agree. If this was a serious thread I would have ignored him as usual....but this thread is dedicated to the freak so might as well feed him for entertainment.

This mod that enjoys banning me more than any other is Bala Verde. Whilst Martin wobbled and turned a blind eye, Bala Verde came down like a tonn of bricks.

It is certainly not lost on me that Bala Verde is a Super Fan of Valverde - you know, that guy who is currently serving a two year ban in his profile picture.

So we are both gay fanboys who admire dopers. Yet because one of us happens to be a gay fanboy of a certain American rider, we find ourselves in rather different predicaments in relation to our roles in this forum.

I'm just surprised the MODs complain of too much effort required to track down these rouge posters. Its easy, all new accounts must be moderated (post un-approved till a MOD checks it then if approved allowed to be viewed by all)

A Moderator and an administrator are two different things. Mods here are largely volunteers with no affiliation to CN whatsoever. It is an Administrative function to set up that type of system - hence and comments you see from us.

We have asked for a number of solutions and several of them ARE in the works right now.

How excited must BPC get each time he logs back on after he creates a new username, that he finds that all you guys have talked about while he was away getting banned, was.. him. BPC wins.

In fact, he doesn't even NEED an account to get that entertainment he can see it just by browsing as a guest.

So as stated above - talk about the fool in PM if you like, hey you can even include me in the group, but don't talk about him in the general forums.

I am going to close this thread shortly and edit out all references to BPC. This should not be a BPC discussion thread. Once the references are out I will unlock and general discussion may continue.

Why don't you enlighten us on how you know people have multiple accounts, in all cases? It has been admitted by mods that IP addresses cannot be tracked on CN forums, or at least in the past they have not.

I have some experience with how sites try and track users. I've lost count of how many " lifetime ban's" I've gotten on E-Bay, Amazon, PayPal, etc....

These sites have way more sophisticated software and hardware and they can't block someone that is determined to get back on. Most of the measures are just a nuisance for regular users and really don't stop anyone with any knowledge on the subject.
