Froome vs AC of course. Stage 2 of the 2014 Dauphine is still one of my favorite duels between them two.

It's pretty much the only duel between them 2. In the two vueltas froome has been considerably weaker (once because he was more tired). In everything in between contador was considerably weaker. Maybe 2013 Oman was the one other occasion they duelled.

I didnt think of Cyclocross either. My first answer was a bit of a as its just a few riders like Contador, Rodriguez and Valverde not the whole team of nine.
