the thing is, varjas isn,t called stefano. his forst name is istvan.
If you do a google search on that name you'll see he is referred to as Stefano Varjas as well as Istvan Varjas. Istvan is the Eastern-European equivalent of Stephen, Stefano, so it might just be a name he uses to communicate with f.ex. Italians.

It could be directed to Varjas and some more people (Typhoon staff?) at the same time, then it would make sense to use "Stefano" instead of "you". Also "I don’t need to tell you guys" would make sense.

I agree on that. But who is Bill?

Bill doesn’t know about this at the moment, but we are due to meet at some point today when I’ll have to tell him.

All I know is Bill is going to be totally p!ssed when he finds out!

So basically the UCI "partner" with an electronic bike manufacture, so they can create a crappy app that doesn’t really detect motos in a frame. It also appears that the UCI unable to control the motors decide to have a method whereby they can be used via their partner selling the bikes to the teams. The UCI probably doesn’t want a black-market for the things so it makes sure only their motos get to be used and also so they can remain undetected. It appears like its UCI “sanctioned” cheating which allows for fast racing with no doping required. Genius.

WTF is going on here? I don't think it's the crank. Adrien Costa sees his wheel start turning and quickly picks up the bike.

Someone posted it before.

Was dismissed a bit - after you mention the crank I paid close attention to the crank. It seems it does not move, but hard to tell because of the video. Maybe so - his reaction is suspicious.

Speaking to Stade 2 on Sunday, Prudhomme complained that the UCI had carried out tests for mechanical doping at the under-23 Liège-Bastogne-Liège in April, but then failed to do so at the Monument Classic itself the following weekend.

Remind me which team's rider won LBL this year?

So not a single bike was checked for motors by the UCI at this year's Liège-Bastogne-Liège!!!

Who do the UCI think they are kidding?

What a cesspit!

The crank arm is in a different position from when he put the bike down to when he picked it up which is why the wheel started moving, his reaction did look weird but he also looked totally cooked which could explain it

I dismissed it at first but - the more I look at it the more I think it is in the same position. Not trying to argue but when he put the link back up and made reference to the crank arm I looked at it close. I bet if I go back to the link again ...I will see something else. haha :D Going to view it again.

I guess that would be a concern if the testing was proven to be anything other than a sham

Yes great one. Who do you think would be first? Maybe JV's team or team Marginal Testing?

Marginal testing based on knowing the test parameters ahead of time to make sure that the motors aren't glowing, of course.

So, which Bill, William or his Willie involved in Typhoon, UCI, or cycling management is feeling real uneasy right now? Speculation please!

Cookson went on vacation so he is trying to dodge the sh!tshow he caused.

As an aside, Typhoon are supposed to be a partner. So much so they don't appear on the UCI website..

Do any of the more elite riders have their own personal mechanics? You know, kind of like how some had their own "doctors" and "trainers" that weren't officially on the team's payroll?

Porte & Froome were using Motoman (as a mechanic) for a while before they were told not to use him when the public Lance/Yates arc was drawn.

Funny enough Typhoon Bikes is based in Monoco along with Harry Gibbings whom the email came from about Bill/Stefano.

Stefano Ferrari incidentally lives in Monoco.
