I admit I love Arcade Fire and lately I just cant get enough of this perfromance from the Jools Holland show way back in 2005. They were just starting to become known after the release of 'Funeral' and this was there first ever UK performance.

Win Butlers voice is a bit dodgy but the sheer energy and passion is just amazing. I particularly love the intro to 'Rebellion'

Christina Aguilera - At Last

Did anyone firstly think she needed to wear a blouse and secondly that she went way over the top with the vibrato and trills? Plain awful imo.

Well, with no dis to Etta, that was just funeral music. But yeah, just awful.

Yep, brilliant. And how great is Regine looking in this!!

Watch the video with Rebellion at Cochella - quite special too. Win looks absolutely knackered, haha!

People talk about the 'Girl next door' but to me Regine is the ultimate Girl next door, totally normal average looking woman but somehow incredibly cute.

I have seen that Coachella performance a few times before, really cool. Watching their live performances are just fantastic. One of the few bands I prefer to listen to live.

These are a few more of my favourites.

This live studio version of Kettles can bring tears to the eyes and also check out a very early version of Intervention from the same set.

The first half of their Bonaroo 2011 set, up to Haiti is just amazing.

Radio : Classic FM or BBC Radio 3, when not listening to radio CD's are usually Opera based or the occasional show music, I'm also interested in choral music; and have been a member of a church choir for many years.
