Complete dross. Pearl Jam know what music is all about.

Well I found back the Chris Hillman Conference at the Library of Congress where he bashed them, so nicely :D (1:17.21 to 1:18.10). I even forgot about that quote: "There's no melody, so I don't call it music." :p

I watched the whole conference back in the days. Very informative. Chris has a lot to say about this period, of course, he's been part of so many great bands and he was really influential in the country rock genre. :)

I went to a record fair today, and ended up spicing up my cutesy collection with, among others, the pure evil that is 'Streetcleaner' by Godflesh. And Swans' 'Filth' to put the icing on the cake.

Here's Godflesh

Ariel Pink's new record is excellent. Highly recommended. "Black ballerina" is the best song of 2014 imo.

rarely do i listen to rap, but i enjoyed this German rap, thanks. ofc, i understood only a very little of the lyrics. but the fusion is appealing as is the artist.

what i have been listening to this week is classical stuff. a nice requiem feels good sometimes. this is so beautiful, almost makes me believe in God and heaven.
