I was in the USMC during these years and I truly dug this music. Nirvana was different than anything I had been exposed to previous. Still leaves a overwhelming feeling for those years.

Yeah but, did you ever get some misguided tattoo of Nirvana back then while you were drunk?

My Air Force bro got a tattoo of Ugly Kid Joe, he's still trying to scrounge up enough money to get rid of it via laser.

(No way were these two bands ever on the same level, btw., but a similar thought was there while you all were serving in the military.)

No Tattoos for me. The particular duty I was on required NO tatts. Which is very rare in the USMC.
