oh, no, i got it. my initial response was going to be longer but i decided not to waste my energy. you clearly didn't understand my reference which is actually a direct answer to your "over my head" post if only you knew your cycling history.

OK, I'll bite. BTW I appreciate you even taking your time up to this point educating little old stupid me. That is the fun thing about the internet; great minds such as yours and little minds such as mine can meet in the marketplace of ideas and all come to agreement.

10 kgs, huh? 22 lbs....that's alot. May need some help losing that much weight in a short amount of time.
