Right, he has a brother named Andy who won the Sea Otter Classic this year. The Jacques-Maynes brothers have been a fixture in US domestic racing for many years.

I'm actually liking the commentator. I think his earlier difficulty was mostly due to him not having enough information about what's going on also.

It's actually significantly less enjoyable if you turn off the sound. It's not easy to commentate this coverage, at least they're having fun.

Annoying that they didn't keep the finish line shot so we could see the first chasing group come through. Duggan has only 5 km to go though, he should stay away.

Video is bad, and there's no sound from the race, but the commentators are great! They're relaying race radio info as it comes in, and they're enjoying the race. And they don't speak mindless drivel to fill up every second with talk, like certain other commentators do.

The announcers are at the finish in a booth, you're telling me they can't count the laps or take out a stopwatch to calculate the gap at least where they are? Then they don't send a guy out on the course to relay info from there. No they all camp out in the booth equally clueless.
