you must work for Uncle Sam, ;)

where watching that sort on government time is a fireable offense :(

It's a rehab facility but they have a lot of fireable offenses like government lol. They have like 15 channels that aren't Spanish (cbs, nbc, tnt, usa, id, syfy, hallmark, amc, espn 2, hgtv, cooking, and a couple others I'm forgetting). Just need to make sure my phone is charged and no full moon so patients are relaxed. Every week NFC fans are upset because they can't watch their teams play and same with tennis fans since we don't have the main espn so we don't get as much. For the Australian Open we only got some of the lesser known female matches.

And that's if the TV's work. Half the time now it cuts in and out every day I'm there. Someone is forgetting to pay the bills.

I've read two headlines now that say Dak will not play in 2020 if DAL tags him. DAL should be calling Teddy!
Skip Bayless had a long segment on Undisputed about how Dak had a better season than Mahomes ! Which was unintentionally funny for many fans. He just can't understand how the Cowboys missed the playoffs. He's a strange character and has been bashing Jimmy G for most of the season. Surprise surprise he turns around and picks the Niners to win the SB by two scores ! It's pretty clear he 's not buying the Mahomes hype because no one is mentioning Tom and Dak and because Mahomes has a receiving corp that Tom can only dream about. He just can't get over the fact that his two favourite players Brady and Dak had a an early exit to the season. Hilarious when one of the Cowboys players said in an interview that Dak is the best QB in Dallas then Skip said you mean the league ? The player just gave him a quizzical look before the crowd started laughing. Have to admit there have been some funny interviews this week pre Super Bowl.

Prescott wasn't even considered for league MVP - that honor appears to be going to Lamar Jackson. Jerry better pay whatever DP is asking or he'll be in for a clown show this season.

As anticipated, LJ, a pure dual-threat QB, will be named the league's MVP. Amazing how many teams passed up on him or wanted to switch him to WR or RB:

SKIP! Holy mackerel! Having listened to too much SkipB, I've come to know when Skip talks Dallas he's often delusional, just like those examples you posted. Quizzical, ya think? LOL

I'm hoping for KC to win mostly because my dislike of the 49ers goes back to growing up in the 80's and not liking them then. However, either way NE isn't in the Super Bowl so I won't be too unhappy if SF does end up winning.
I don't have a horse in this race, and being I haven't paid attention all season I'm glad, for once, that the pre-game show was so long. It allowed me to familiarize myself with the players a bit - they're just getting younger and younger, aren't they? (Or maybe we're just getting older. :tearsofjoy:)

I kinda like both QBs and don't mind either team, but like you am glad the Pats aren't in the Super Bowl this year. Any other team is a breath of fresh air.

I think we're just getting older. I remember Dan Mario's Super Bowl as a very young QB. Who knew at the time he'd never get back to another one.

Not a bad first half (especially for a superbowl...long breaks, massive hype...)

That O PI was an FN Horrible call. OK, the guys on the field blew it, why didn't the booth scream for them to pick up the flag (rectal-cranial inversion!)?! I am so sick of the stupid rhetoric about "extended arm"! BS! That isn't the rule! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I don't care who wins, but I don't want the refs deciding who wins!

Good job to the Chiefs. Niners had the game and it all unraveled. I told coworkers that the OPI was going to bite the niners i the end and it did. All in all not impressed with the refs.

But congrats to the Chiefs and on to next year.

As much as I ended up rooting for KC I do think Damien Williams was out of bounds. I'm sure that will be a call that will be debated for a while.

Anyhoo, despite some questionable calls I'm happy for the Chiefs, the fourth quarter had me biting my fingernails.

2nd half Edit:
Not a bad second half either.

IMO the 'nail' was when SF had the ball with 6 min and change, but did nothing with it. But, it is tough to shut KC down for 4 Qs!

Congrats KC, AR, et al!
