First I have heard of it.Hasn't that always been a complaint about Met Life Stadium though? I know a couple NE and MIA players have complained about it.

Skip Bayless calls the new Raiders stadium in Las Vegas the death star ! The Saints will be disappointed with that performance.Hasn't that always been a complaint about Met Life Stadium though? I know a couple NE and MIA players have complained about it.
Maybe I'm thinking of a different stadium than.First I have heard of it.
No it's the same stadium I just heard other people talking about it it on a chat, other teams have had issues in the past so you are right. Seems like Skip is just reporting what others are saying about the new stadium in Vegas. but he said he drove past it and it looks amazing. Rams new stadium looks great.Maybe I'm thinking of a different stadium than.
And I know I heard this morning. i wouldn't go that far but it has its similarities. It looked like the second death star when it was being built. Maybe Vader stopped the rebels in time so the Saints couldn't see the plans.
A pandemic-shortened off-season program: No OTAs, no minicamps, no preseason games - just full-throttle into the regular season. In 2011, injuries increased dramatically after the NFL lockout:I'm obviously not glad for any of the injuries, but Bret Rypien might get some snaps in DEN now. They did just sign Bortles too though.
I wonder about the injuries:
Not enough prep and you get early season injuries, too much prep and you get late season injuries (or so the argument goes). Is there a middle? Would those injuries not happen if they had more preseason? IMO all of the soft tissue injuries would still happen no matter what the preseason looked like. Lock for example: what prep in the preseason would have made his rotator cuff withstand that impact? IMO, nothing.
And to add to your point about going full throttle into the regular season, players really need hitting at game speed for their bodies to get football ready. And they had none of that, or at least not enough. Nice thing about preseason, players can get that without having to play full games and thereby ease into it.A pandemic-shortened off-season program: No OTAs, no minicamps, no preseason games - just full-throttle into the regular season. Week 2 Injuries Threaten to Reshape the NFL Season
The early slate saw a number of marquee names go down, including Saquon Barkley and Nick Bosa, who reportedly suffered ACL injurieswww.google.com
There wasn't anything egregious on Lock's hit by Dupree - it looked pretty benevolent to me. I've seen Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Rivers & co get hit like that many times and not end up with a serious shoulder injury. I hate to say it but Lock is showing signs of an injury bust. He missed half the season last year with the thumb and now I think it'll be more than "3-5 weeks" if it's a serious rotator cuff strain as the Broncos are reporting (which actually could be a partial tear). I've torn my rotator cuff and they're not injuries easily rehabbed especially if you throw a football for living.
And you can forget Rypien getting a shot because, as you pointed out, Bortels was signed. Elway never ceases to amaze me. Instead of bringing up Rypien to the active roster backing up Driskel and getting some valuable sideline experience (and maybe getting some late game/mop-up playing time), he signs one of the biggest QB busts of alltime (round 1/pick 3 in 2015) Lol. Also, Cortland Sutton was lost for the year with an ACL tear making a tackle on an interception by Driskel.
Every game seems to be played with some hitting urgency. Haven't seen any lolly-gagging in any of the matchups so far.Just not enough real time prep and their bodies weren't ready.
I was hoping Gardner and his 'stache could light it up. So far his receiver dropped a first down and his defense has given up 14 points in the first quarter. You're getting your wish....oh, wait! Now Minshew is running and passing like crazy so this could be fun.Let's get that first win of 2020 Miami!
This game might be ugly all around....
You forgot no lead is safe with Miami! I don't say we win till the time says 4th 0:00.I was hoping Gardner and his 'stache could light it up. Seen bits of the game and Minshew is making some nice throws. You forgot no lead is safe with Miami! I don't say we win till the time says 4th 0:00.
I would hope so if his dad can throw a football over a mountain.Seen bits of the game and Minshew is making some nice throws.
They looked safe against the Jags for the most part. You forgot no lead is safe with Miami! I don't say we win till the time says 4th 0:00.
I've seen too many heartbreak. it's a good win. Fitztragic turned into Fitzmagic so he has 5 or 6 of those left. I wonder if they'll have Tua start. They looked safe against the Jags for the most part.
Throwing over the mountain doesn't count if there are 3 Dolphin defensive backs waiting to pick it, though. Gardner was definitely under pressure the 2nd half but good win for Miami.I would hope so if his dad can throw a football over a mountain.
Hopefully round 2 in Metlife goes better than the first. Some interesting games this week : Packers/Saints, Hawks/Cowboys, Chiefs/Ravens and Rams/Bills, Hope the 49ers can overcome their injury plague and beat the Giants. The Giants will probably never get a better opportunity even though they also have some injuries. I'll take an ugly Niners win !
For what it's worth I will take the Packers, Hawks, Ravens, Bills and Niners of the above games.
