James Harden opting in and then demanding a trade after choking in the playoffs is an awful display of behavior. If he didn't want to be a Sixer he could have left in FA.
Anyways, not excited for this season much as a Sixers fan after the performances of Embiid, Harden and pretty much the whole team against the Celtics last playoffs.

Bucks just made a trade for Damian Lillard as he replaces Jrue Holiday, which should massively help their half court offense in the playoffs. Phoenix just replaced Deandre Ayton with Jusuf Nurkic, Grayson Allen and Nassir Little. Seems like the relationship with Ayton must be completely strained, especially after his awful playoff performance this year. Huge failure by Miami to not get Lillard.

How time flies. It seems it was just yesterday that I was watching the Nuggets in the finals. The NFL is not even at the halfway point & the NBA season is starting. Crazy overlap with the Big 4 in this country.

Looks like Sixers look decent with Nick Nurse instead of Glenn Rivers and the leap of Tyrese Maxey. Got a decent return for Harden too.

Probably the only thing an NBA ref did right in this past week. The officiating has been absolutely atrocious.

EDIT: IMO he should sit the rest of the season. Plus, have a one more time and you're done for ever deal.

He's a dirty player, who can't control himself, and he has no respect for his peers.

Maybe its just a reflection of society as a whole? Although viewership is the lowest in 30 years so society isn't liking the NBA as much either.

Sixers completely collapsing without Embiid. 4-12 in their last 16 games. 7-16 without Embiid this year. Slid all the way to play-in.
Tobias Harris has been absolutely awful the last few games, one of the worst contracts in Sixers history.

Watch Caitlin Clark channel the Big Girl version of Seth Curry and bomb from distance, deliver unreal passes and assists. Her team was hardly mentioned by name although they were almost completely in synch. Better basketball than I've seen in the NBA this year.
