Fantastic race.

From next year on it'll only be 4x7,5km, so this was the last good relay. Oh boy Fis is such a bunch of morrons.

Yeah, and i was horriblyy wrong. Which is great. But cutting the distance is awfull. 7,5km is too short for the men.

What a race it was. And man, Legkov was beastly.

Norwegian media is going at it again with the waxing disaster, just like yesterday.

means, the 50 skate is going to be his...or cologna's, but since dario is doing a team realay with his brother and is rarely good at 50 as at shorter distances, i nominate lego

at least in the skating legs, i did not see the waxing issues. also, at the beginning of roenning's leg i monitored his glide - i saw nothing, but of course his grip i did not get to analyses..still, if a fan or a media apologist want to whiten the white, they sure will blame it ALL on skis

I agree. Losing 1.02 after the first two legs cannot just be bad form. A shame for the competition, since both Sundby and Northug were decent. They were just inclined to use their powers to close an impossible gap... Nvm, after Sochi things will be back to normal and norwegians will yet again dominate

What's the deal with Jespersen anyway? What's up with him taking the best part of 10 years to get to the top? And what's the deal with him suddenly learning to ski classic? Seemed like a skate specialist before?

he has been training for the long races all year, togheter with Kjolstad and the other long distance Norwegians on Alsgaards team I think.

Thanks.

Was he often sick or injured before? He is already 30 and this is pretty much his 1st year at the top.

he was not great at training consistently (the Rujano of skiing :D)

he has only had 2-3 very good races every year for the last 4 years as a result

Men's fellestart delayed until tomorrow due to poor visibility, going to get a biathlon double header tomorrow! Why couldn't the double header be at a weekend :(

the distance coach of today's silver winners, implied that the problem was not in skis...

'mountains are mountains. those who ran 15k did not recover for today. just look at the norwegians'

this does not make sense looking at the swedes.
