Haimar Zubeldia won a time trial and a prologue for Euskaltel, but I‘m sure no one saw him.

Even accounting for Vingegaard's dominance and weather affecting two stages it was an unsatisfactory course design - An ITT does not fit into a four stage race, especially if you are unlucky with the weather.

Yeah, looking at the average speeds it looks like one of those weird Romandie or PV tts where guys like Quibtana were near the best.

Somehow, this made it seem like he wasn't really riding for Euskaltel. Just... wearing an Euskaltel jersey for some reason.

Last year's TT was quite hilly too though, although not to the extent of today's.

Congratulations to Jonas Vingegaard Rasmussen for winning the ITT and taking overall.

Could be due to the dress but it looks like he gain a bit of muscle on a rather lean frame. If that is the case then idea likely is to try to tackle Pogi on MTF's. On how this will affect his overall climbing. On longer stage races. We'll see.
