Almost felt good to see him crash twice and having to change his bike 3 times today. Definite karma for all of the wins he has stolen from clean riders, and a testament to his awful bike handling- which usually works in a TT because he nearly beat Tony Martin last year.

Karma! Yeah sure that works

As for stealing wins of clean riders, which one are clean?

Russian dopers are no worse than other dopers of other nations!

No, they are much worse. Putin personally hands them a gift bag full of needles, meldonium, cocktails, chivas, xenon, vodka, personal pumps, blood bags, inhalers, 1000 rubles, a one year membership at the bolshoi ballet, free tour of the kremlin, a map of russia to make sure they know where they are, a personal tracking chip that they must wear at all times and a welcome letter after they sign their first professional contract.

I can think of one Benotti69 ;) - hopefully - and a TdR podium that could have been...

I don't see Ilnur's demise as a divine justice, but rather as yet another sign that his bike handling is as suspect as his performances are.

A succesful transfusion yesterday :)
I am wondering if he really went full gas a few kms before the finish and cannot sprint thanks to that or if he was called by radio to slow it down :)

Yeah, those eastern Euros., and dirty Russians in particular, will never understand Anglo-Saxon moral/ethical integrity. #pureasthedrivensnow

It's the political system.

I thought Froome rides for Sky and will ride Le Tour. Expect some great things form Zaka this Giro

Damn, look at those veins - they're a phlebotomist's dream! (Trained as a phlebotomist some years ago, if all the patients had veins like that I would have actually stuck with it.)

But anyhoo, I don't think Zakarin has any more inner fat to lose. Or, does he?

Not only does he have Andy Schleck's build but also his descending skills. With superior vein work of course.
