It's not actually true though, is it. In this very forum Betsy admitted that Frankie was ready to commit perjury if he was asked if he had ever seen Armstrong dope. She said breezily "Frankie was going to use the ol "can't remember".

The blatant hypocrisy of this is mind boggling. All this pious moralising about not lying for Lance. It turns out they were planning to commit perjury all along. Betsy herself said she argued with Lance on many other occasions about EPO and drugs in sport, but she wasn't going to mention any of that. It was just about making sure he was hit in the pocket.

Look, its well documented that Armstrong wasn't the nicest of guys to everybody, we know that, but all this sanctimonious moralising really takes the ****. You talk about Lance's agenda in all this, but what about Betsy's agenda? Her facebook page is a shrine to taking down Lance - anyone would still think the tours have't been taken away yet. Something is not right there....we all saw what she did after Oprah on CNN...and you don't seem very well either to be honest.

When are you guys going end this dirty campaign and start talking honestly?

Then back it up. Where did she say that?

You can end the dirty campaign by being honest .

And I know it hurts, but she was right all along. And Armstrong still would not admit the Hospital Room. Thats why she rightly would not forgive him, and show that he is still FOS.

Link?

Why are Lance, and his buddies, so motivated to smear Betsy with lies? I smell fear.

Why don't you invite her to come back on and ask her? I'm sure she will admit it again.

It's not really surprising. Frankie went on to lie about having ever seen Lance dope for years afterwards. He always planned to say he couldn't remember.

So no more of this sanctimonious clap trap, thank you very much.

DR,
Lets be honest I'm sure Lance isn't losing much sleep over Betsy not forgiving him. He's counting his money while she waits for an " I'm sorry".

If Betsy and Frankie were that against PED's in cycling he wouldn't have taken the job at U.S. Postal, or at the very least the person wearing the pants in the family wouldn't have let him. We're against Ped's and hate them but lets turn our heads to the facts and make a living off a team that uses PED's. Kind of like the pot calling the kettle black. I don't agree but I'll take your money, really now we're real up-standing citizens and 100% truthful about the whole thing.

Jeez, sounds like Frankie said a lot?
Can we see any of this or does it only work in your head?

For a guy who doesn't care for her or lose much sleep he had a lot to say to the Detroit paper.

But I am sure he is counting his money too - and hoping he has enough left to pay the legal fess.

Even though you go under the USPostal, it seems you do not realise that Frankie was running the USPS side in the US.

Betsy said it to me on this forum. It was a talking point of mine for a long while afterwards so I'm surprised nobody remembers. I'm supposed to be quite a significant figure here, aren't I?

The problem is, you may remember the moderator Martin at the time had a policy of deleting not only all my posts but all the exchanges I was involved in, so that exchange may not have survived that purge. Or it maybe still there. It's another reason why it's wrong to delete the historical record.

But I'm sure Betsy will be happy to come on again and clear this up. She popped up the last time she was mentioned for more than a couple of posts.

I predict she won't show up. I remember it well.

Dr.
All I'm saying is that for people trying to stand on the ethical and moral high ground, they sure didn't have a problem cashing the paycheck. Or is it just ok as long as your getting paid and then when the check stops its not ok anymore. If they felt that strongly about PED's they wouldn't have had anything to do with U.S. Postal.

Don't worry about LA he'll have enough money at the end of this.

LA's solvency at the end of the Postal lawsuit is an open question. I wouldn't bet either way.

If Frankie felt that strong about PEDs, he wouldn't have taken any.
He did - and then he stopped.

He is not really in a position to refuse a job on this so called 'ethics" - but he can stay away from the main team, which he did.
After that, its if you get called to testify under oath, thats that.

Regardless, I can't take this level of banal, self important idiocy any more.

Wake me up when something actually happens.

Thanks, Mew...

If we are to rely on your memory, then its more than likely a lie.

As well as that, if it was Martin, that was a long time ago - long before any of the current cases. So, your story makes no sense.

Like most of your "Talking Points" it is based on a lie. This is what Betsy actually said

Frankie's notarized deposition states the ole "don't know/don't remember" regarding if he saw lance inject himself with a doping product.
Let me use this analogy: If you see me drinking from a coffee mug, is it safe to assume I'm drinking coffee? Probably. Do you have any proof? No.
Frankie and I have both testified under oath that your hero doped.
Frankie's teammates (to my knowledge) did not see Frankie inject himself with epo either.
Are you now saying the smoking gun is whether or not Frankie actually saw him dope? That is really stupid. Not getting into the detail of the sca trial, we both said in our depositions we had knowledge of his doping.
Get some self esteem, Max Power and you won't have to find it in another person.

Yes, I just made it up for fun. I have a long history of just making things up. Or do it?

SCA case was in 06 and has been a matter of debate ever since. I have made a big deal out of Betsy admitting that Frankie was going to lie for YEARS. It was the obvious thing to do, of course, but all this "they couldn't for Lance" crap we get from RR when she admitted here that he was going to "use to ol can't remember". Hypocrisy.

Obviously you need the quote, so ask her. PM her. Send her a facebook message. Or just say I'm lying....

Frankie shared a house with Lance in the build up to the 99 tour. Yet he said he never saw him inject, even though we know they all did it in front of each other all the time in those early years. He obviously lied.

That "he was going to" - he was going to where? Where was he going to do that?
What case is he supposed to that on?

Yip not only have you a long history of making things up, you are consistent too.
Lance would be proud.

RR and Dr. Mas, up to yourselves but I would say don't engage. He's only coming back now on a consistent basis because he's getting the responses that he wants.

Leave him have a chat with himself instead until a mod comes in and permabans him once again.

This place recently has been a nightmare and a shambles with his nonsense and the adding of arms and legs on to statements by others to further agenda driven rubbish.

If he was asked during the SCA case if he'd seen him dope.

Betsy missed the point and thought I was arguing about whether Lance had doped, when I was making more point about lying.

I dug this up from a forum I read in 2007. Transcript of part Frankie's deposition during the SCA arbitration. Either it's a fabrication or Frankie is a proven liar. Actually make that more of a proven liar, for the record I don't have time for any of these dopers, they are all liars.

Andreu testiomony -
Q. Did he [Lance Armstrong] indicate to you that he was going to use EPO or
consider using EPO?
A. No.
Q. Was there any discussion between you and Mr. Armstrong
regarding EPO or the use of EPO during that time period?
A. No.
Q. '94, '95 time period?
A. No.
Q. Did anyone on the team tell you that Mr. Armstrong was using EPO during that time period?
A. No.
Q. Did you ever have a discussion with Mr. Armstrong about
whether or not you should use EPO?
A. Did I ever have a discussion with Lance about whether or
not I should use EPO?
Q. Yes.
A. No.
Q. Did he ever recommend or say you should do EPO?
A. No.
Q. Did he ever ask for your input about whether or not he
should use EPO?
A. No.
Q. Do you have any knowledge about whether or not
Mr. Armstrong used EPO during that time period?
A. No.
Q. Throughout the entire time you were on the Motorola team,
do you have any knowledge about whether or not Mr. Armstrong used EPO?
A. No, I did not.
Q. So, if I asked you did Mr. Armstrong use EPO while you were
teammates at the Motorola team, your answer would be you don't know one way or another?
A. My answer would be I do not know.
Q. Did you see or hear anything from him or others that made you suspicious of whether or not Mr. Armstrong was using EPO?
A. No.
Q. I want to focus on his career when he returned to professional cycling.
A. While he was racing, no, I do not have any knowledge of him
using any drugs.
Q. And although he may not have shown you it, did you ever see
anything in his room, in his hotel room or in any of his possessions that you thought might be a performance-enhancing drug or substance?
A. No, I did not.
Q. Do you know if Mr. Armstrong used performance-enhancing
substances while he was on the U.S. Postal team with you?
A. No.
Q. How about at any time from 1999 forward? Other than what you've already described for me where he showed you these pills, do you have any knowledge as to whether or not Mr. Armstrong used performance-enhancing drugs or substances?
A. I was only on the team with him '99 and 2000, and in those two years, no.
Q. Okay. Have you ever had a discussion with Mr. Armstrong
about EPO?
A. No.
Q. Never actually talked about it?
A. We've talked -- I mean I've talked with Lance and other riders just about general EPO use in the Peloton and when stuff is written about it in the paper talking about what
the heck it is and what it does. Very general stuff.
Q. Nothing beyond general discussions about EPO?
A. Never.
Q. Did anyone ever tell you that Mr. Armstrong used
performance-enhancing drugs?
A. No.
Q. You actually roomed with Lance for some period of time, did you not?
A. Yeah. We lived together for a while.
Q. About how many races do you think you and Lance Armstrong were in together as part of the same team, you know, in your career?
Q. Hundreds?
A. Yeah. Hundreds.

Lets get back to this. How does RR not cringe with embarrassment about this? Betsy is saying that Frankie saw Armstrong taking substances but didn't know 100% for sure if it was dope in the needle, so says he didn't know/can't remember. It's the worst type of Clintonese.

Can we establish for the record that I was indeed right. Frankie said he couldn't remember, but he saw Armstrong dope.
