Cound and Hansen swapping notes.

not cheating, just SWOTing.
Anna Hansen likes her credibility. "Hi, I'm Anna. We're the Armstrongs"

I dont give a $hit if you are The Jetsons Anna. You are criminals.

So that's not the same person Dopestrong's "companion" talked to then?

It is rather confusing. The accident was reported to 911 as a hit & run. But it wasn't actually a hit & run because Lance's "wife" went back to the scene on foot, and supposedly gave all pertinent info to someone there. But a significant amount of time may have elapsed before she showed up, thus the 911 call. And, hmmm.. couldn't they have just driven back? I suspect Lance was DUI, and didn't want to get busted.

not that confusing.

it was a vehicular hit and run, so not the same as involving a person who was injured.

par for the course.

But it wasn't a hit & run after all. The "wife" hiked back to the scene and tried to make amends, while "hubby" hid out in the SUV.

Of course, the "husband" & "wife" didn't hang around for the cops to come....

Depends on the local jurisdiction, but they didn't report the accident to the authorities nor did they wait for the authorities to arrive on the scene.

Depending on the magnitude of the damage (e.g. > $5,000) there can be a requirement to remain at the scene, for example.

Here is a bit more insight:

Gotta like the fact that the officer did some fact checking after hearing the story.

'... I know you are lying...'

Finally, it is noteworthy that the event was held at a hotel.

If Lance was drunk, they:

- could have stayed overnight at the hotel
- would certainly have had access to a cab or limo

There does seem to be a pattern of bad judgement with this one.

Dave.

that's entertainment

given the amount of fun that lance offers.....................maybe? in

5 years or so he should be allowed to compete again

with condition clause........................specially tested at every event..............

at his own expense..............does unpaid work promoting clean sport

I would discuss car crashes in the general topic threads instead of the clinic

the thread was already a car crash so it should be ok.

now I'm just looking forward to the psychoanalytical study of Lances' gf.

Just to jog your memory, Lance already provided same:

"I don't discriminate - on anything. I like women who are hotter than doughnut grease."

But, we can probably add that he will hang out with them longer if they will partner with him in crime.

Poor Anna. She's probably been wanting to put tin foil wrapped pills into the Christmas stockings of Lance's ex-Postie friends for some time.

"Kristin (Armstrong) obliged Armstrong's request by wrapping the (cortisone) pills and handing them to the riders. One of the riders remarked, 'Lance's wife is rolling joints," the report read.

I think they might have invented it during the Apollo missions, along with Tang and Velcro....

Shivers invented spandex in the 50's. Armstrong went to space in a space suit made by a bra manufacturer, It did contain spandex
