12 man group clear in the British race. Some of the top domestic riders in House, Partridge, Wilkinson, and Bibby. But also 6 Sky riders: Dowsett, Thomas, Wiggins, Kennaugh, Stannard and Froome. Theyre not even at the halfway stage yet. 3,40 minutes over the bunch. Looking like winning selection. Cavendish may be in the group as well, dunno yet, but it is very likely.

Check British cycling twitter - http://twitter.com/#!/BCreports They have constant updates here.

Gesink is reported to have knee problems

I can see another july fail coming up. Great. So typical that everything you look forward in a year is being ruined.
First the Giro because Contador was too strong. Now this.
You should learn to like the sport, not your idols.

Anonymous sources report knee problems, no idea how serious.

He didn't stop cycling immediately... So it might just have been something very little he felt, and decided to be super cautious.

Also, the 'official' quote that Rabo gave is so obtuse I doubt even Piet Hein Donner could understand it.

In Spain it looks like it's a Rojas-Fernandez de Larrea sprint. Only a Contador exhibition could change that on paper.

Gesink seems to have "problems adjusting after coming back from his altitude training." According to Rabobank.
That's the biggest non-Clinic-related BS thing I've heard all year.

Spanish race it's a bit of joke when they have a field of 108, and 17 of them are in the same team. Mancebo -with no teammates- is leading the chasing group.

Yesterday in Italy, BMC got 3 of 8 in the break and did not win

Last lap in the Movistar race. Mancebo, Contador and Sastre leading the chase with Koldo Fdez, Rojas and Arroyo sucking wheel big time

EDIT: Contador dropped from the chasing group

Are people sure Cavendish is in the British group? Not spotted mention of it on Twitter, on the contrary, those in the know on Twitter says he is NOT there. Yet people on here seem to think differently?
