Wow... The Tank came close to winning the sprint.

But congrats to Pim... He gets the jersey, Ruijgh gets the honour.

British Champs situation seems to be:

Lead group of 12:
Dowsett, Thomas, Wiggins, Kennaugh, Froome, Stannard (Sky), House (Rapha), Partridge, Wilkinson (Endura), Bibby (Motorpoint), Lampier (SigmaSport), and Fleeman (Raleigh)

Mark Christian (100% Me) was there but dropped.

The rest of the field - including the likes of Swift and Cavendish - are over 3'40. With more than half the race to go, and 6 Sky guys in the first group and most of the strongest domestic riders, the winner will come from those 12, almost certainly.

That gap is now up to 4'40. Definately a winner from those 12, Cav will have to sign for Sky if he wants to win the British champs!

Good, the only team that was racing won. Rabo incredible losers today, Skil just always missing out. Ligthart great victory, Ruijgh brilliant.. Very weird championship, but I'm happy.

Now, over to the Belgian championships.

Rob Ruyg is a beast! He worked his a*se off for Pimmetje. Stoked for Ligthart, I like him. He can climb fairly well and has a good sprint on him. Congrats to Vacansoleil.
