I honestly don't think the win is necessary at this point (for AC). I think the fact that he is competitive is the more important sign.

I don't know when was the last time that Contador did a proper sprint on the flat but I wouldn't be very surprised if he beat Rojas.

In Norway a group of 4 is in the front. Alexander Kristoff, Filip Eidsheim, Vegard Stake Laengen and Øystein Stake Laengen. One more riders is 38 seconds behind and then a group around 1 minute behind. What remains of the main group with Hushovd is around 4 minutes down. There are 2 laps left (32 km).

actually this would be incredibly quick to be back in top form.
Maybe he hasn't lost his giro legs. Or maybe he is using means which you no doubt support. Or maybe he did recover and is just having a good rider today.

I dunno :)

Safe to say if Rojas was holding his wheel on a 7km 6% climb he's not back in top form.

No, watching on TV2 (Norge), but as I'm not very familiar with norwegian riders I don't know who the others are.
The Hushovd group consists of 7-8 riders, but it looks like noone wants to give him a hand.
