I lamed out on stage 9 and did not ride. :( I told myself that I would hop on my bike and ride half a K just so I could say I rode, but it got dark before I got around to it.

Stage 10: 80 miles

I'm keeping up. Two commutes and a MTB ride this week. Feeling pretty good. Tomorrow will be tough to work something in, but hopefully I don't burn my rest day early.

Took at rest day last Friday for a baseball tourney. I've been keeping up.

To date. 180 on the road. 40 on the MTB.

Not a lot, but still happy with my effort. Weigh in comes after stage 21.

Took a small three day trip to the mountains for some wonderful riding with a friend:

Stage 16: 118 km
Stage 17: 134 km

Taking my rest day today, went out this morning, just did 90 minutes of spinning. Completely spent from previous days.

So Bro, are you going to do a similar thing for the Vuelta? :p

Maybe. I'm still going to get near 1000 miles for the TdF. I'll be over 900, which is not bad for three weeks. :p

I still feel bad about missing a bunch of stages.

70km this afternoon. I got in plenty of short, steep hills, and spent some time on the flats and did a few sprint intervals (into a headwind), and to end it riding 45-50km/h for a five km stretch. I should credit it to the tail wind I had.

Stage 20 65 miles 15.4 avg a few climbs.
One of the guys in the Philly bike club leads a ride on the last day of the tour, he encourages everyone one to come to wear yellow to celebrate the tour, so had a long line of yellow jersey people riding around today, looked cool.

My total for the Tour was 758miles/1215 km. Was a fun 3 weeks. Can't wait till the Vuelta
