One can only imagine the uproar and level of indignation there would have been around here, had a Sky rider done what Gianni Meersman did in the closing stages of Paris-Nice, today.
OPQS: Not even a ripple of criticism.
In case you didn't notice, we're too busy discussing how over the top their doping is to pay a lot of attention to Meersman being towed. How you can represent that as people turning a blind eye to OPQS is beyond me.

Plus, as far as I recall Lefevre never said:

'If you’re a cheat, you're a cheat, you're not half a cheat. You wouldn't say, 'I'll cheat here but I'm not going to cheat over there; I'll cheat on a Monday but not on a Tuesday.'

Not that I would for one second imagine Lefevre *not* cheating whenever possible

I believe if OPQS were Sky we can look for Meersman to follow in Froomes steps and go from getting penalized for taking a tow to winning grand tours.

This....there is no doubt for me it's the arrogance and this kind of crap which makes many more annoyed with Sky than with others who may or may not be doing the same.

The collective "we" being the point in question.

Anyhow, carry on men.

Getting up in the morning makes you more annoyed with Sky.

It would help if you actually watched a pro race from time to time.
You certainly didn't see today's little episode, since you were too busy
defending yourself in the sidebar thread.
Yet you see fit to pass comment, in ignorance of the facts.
Not that this is new territory for you.

What do you mean?

Some comment upon all aspects of doping, such as yourself, Hitch etc.
Others, do not.

Anyhow.
LOL: Just read on Inrng that Sky have to sign on early for tomorrow's stage of Paris-Nice, because they failed to sign on today.

A further blot on their copybook.

I think the fact Meersman felt the need to be towed shows just how clean he is. If he was dirty he could have done it without the car.

Nope. Use the car when you can. It is rare for riders to get penalised for drafting. They all do it. When is drafting wrong, for 1 second or 10minutes? If Drafting is wrong then 1 second of drafting deserves a penalty.

But because he drafts he is clean, nope. To turn it, because he has no problem cheating with the team car for drafting why not doping:)

It's a case of, look why are you always pointing fingers at Sky? If you were balanced you'd point fingers at other teams as well.

I think the anwser to that, is when a sumo wrestler becomes a jockey to win the grand national, then it's time to believe in Froome.

Sky bring a good portion of the criticism on themselves. If they are really clean then they have an odd way of showing it.

Because at the moment the leading argument from Froome is when he wins multiple tours you'll believe him to be clean.

Anyway. Back to Quickstep.

Specify where I have ignorance of the facts around Sky....
But remember Ball not the man....weren't you saying the forum was better before...then the first thing you do is a personal attack...anyways yes I forgot that I am not able to BOTH type and follow a race.

So if you saw I was on the sibebar, how did you get to watch the race? Are you now dictating who can and cannot join a thread?

Anyway if you think QS is comparable to what SKY have been doing for three plus years....

This.

Nail. Head.

I don't think for a second that a team that has Taus on as a doctor, is even remotely clean, he sure ain't giving vitamin pills for the riders.
But the team doesn't even pretend to be clean, unlike Sky.

Well, lets clear this up once and for all.
(You can decide here or the Sky thread.)

What facts have you that Sky are doping - I know your view (& I generally agree) but what facts do you have.

He has no facts at all, he has decided in his head and he is angry about it, so angry that he has made it his personel crusade, it is quite funny watching Digger's meltdown

If they are not bothered about being seen as clean, why did they sack Levi?

There is no "clearing up once and for all".

There is absolutely no proof that Sky are doing anything illegal. If and when something does pop up, it will be made public by the press, not by any one particular Clinic member with some sort of magical "link".

As it is, the Sky talk belongs in the Sky thread.

Everyone please stay on topic.

They claimed they did have "facts" - thats why I queried them.
