I'm a little nervous to click on your links, but based on the link one has 27.5" wheels, and the other 29" wheels. In general, if two bikes have the same frame, the cost difference is the components (XT, XTR, or suspension quality). If the components are the same, the cost difference is the frame (AL, carbon or HT, FS).
