If it's a bunch sprint I would say Valverde, Rojas and maybe Degenkolb.
But it could be a tricky stage since a lot of teams were blown away today so they have to hunt for a stagewin now. Think there is also a good chance someone from a large break or some late attack makes it.

3.5% (from 525m to 699m in 5km = 3.5%) There are some flats in it too, so the climbing bits should be 5% or so.
