What can he do that is within the rules?

That's what I am asking, if he is inclined to play dirty (and I'm not saying that he is, I know nothing of his character), how much could he get away with?

I wouldn't say its dirty if you are skilled enough to pull it off, go to the front as if you are about to take a turn, then when the person behind is following you take stupid racing lines, you can bring people to a standstill if it's done right
