Jorgenson, O'Connor, Buitrago, Skjelmose, Vlasov all seem contenders for 2nd. I'm not sure who to pick for 2nd.

Also interesting to see how Martinez, Gall, Van Wilder, Castrillo, Lipowitz, Powless, Sheffield, Romeo will perform.
You have no faith in UAE?

Joao just gets screwed with these schedules, he could be winning Tirreno but they sent Yates instead because he's the only person who can keep Ayuso in line. Should be at the Giro too.

Almeida reminds me of Klöden without the week win success.

so as a sideshow we have the club 100 wannebees battling for glory. Both are what I consider soft sprinters, but in this day and age relegations may move one of them to the top spot.

Zero aura btw.

Vingegaard also presented its new personalised helmet, in partnership with the Danish brand Bygma. A red and white helmet, which he will cover all races, like what Wout Van Aert does with his Red Bull helmet.

He won Poland.

This year he could win one of the classic 7: probably not Paris Nice or Basque, but maybe Romandy or Switzerland.
Poland isn’t really setting the world aflame though, and I was referring to the big 7 week stage races.

Almeida has won TdP and TdL vs Klöden’s PN, TotBC x2, TA, TdR, Regio Tour, and Ciruit Sarthe. You can maybe argue Almeida barring actually winning the races, has better top placings with 8, 4 podiums, and finishing no worse than 11th. While Klöden has 8 top 10 finishes and 3 podiums to go along with his 5 wins. Then Klöden has won 5 stages vs Almeida’s 3.

Almeida has been very consistent in the big 7, but there has always been someone stronger or in TdS his teammate. With his progress I hope he can win TdR and TdS this year, then should podium PN and TotBC.

It looks a bit blowy at the sign-in today. Prudhomme with nothing better to do is there too.

Even I couldn't anticipate the childish happiness I would get from seeing Alaphilippe on a bike. The smile put on my face, I'm beaming.
