One thing is for certain-Contador gonna destroy everyone tomorrow.

Sagan said in interview he came here to help Kreuziger to win the race yet on every stage so far he is better than his team captain.

maybe they ll shorten the stage tomorrow due to snow. that would be a disadvantage for Alberto

I only caught a tiny bit at the end but it looked like Tony Martin and AC were having a little shoving match. Did anyone else see that?
I couldn't see how the contact came about, but Contador said on his own website and at Iamspecialized that they made contact and he couldn't sprint because he had to unclip and drag his foot to keep control. He wanted the judges to give him the same time, but they didn't go for it.

Contador was driving, but Voigt wouldn't pull through. He was positioned for yellow, but I wonder why he was hesitant to drive to the finish until Contador basically pushed him to the front. Seemed strange.

Sorry I don't have the link or quote, but I read that Voigt said he suffered from indecision at 500 meters - wasn't sure about putting time into the peloton or going for the stage win, and that's what cost him. I wonder how much more of a lead they could have gotten if he shared pulls with Contador?

He was hurting though, too.

“It was good for me to be with that group because I gained a few seconds on the others. I was really suffering to try to stay with Contador when he attacked. He is impressive,” Voigt said. “Tomorrow will be very important and we’ll see how I can do on Mende.”

Ah, I see what happened to Millar now. He got caught on the front chasing the break down after Roche went up the road, and about halfway up he started looking around for help and no-one came through. He sat up a bit, the gap started growing really quickly, and then Rodriguez and Contador shot by and he could not stay with the acceleration.

What happened to Caisse d'Epargne, though? I've only seen it once, but as I remember it half the team was at the front, and then suddendly, after Contador attacked, they were nowhere?

I actually think they lost control of the peloton on the lead into the final climb--with only one or two guys in front. Lulu was the last of the Caisse boys and he gets left behind by AC's acceleration like he was pedaling through mud. Frankly, I think they expended too much energy trying to bring the break back.

I'll be curious to see how Lulu and Valverde recover tomorrow.
