I think eurosport starts their cycling program late. About an hour later than sporza...

Bala, TVants seems about the only thing that works for me here. Do you have any feeds going through that program atm?

thanks publicus, i speak a lityle spanish and their video is slightly clearer - got the spanish video to load.

I'll rant about live coverage in a separate thread ! :p

I had to switch to the Spanish feed. The French commentators just went nuts about something and I couldn't take it anymore.

Eurosport 1 is listed as follows (Paris time zone):

16:30
CYCLISME
CYCLISME : Paris-Nice - 6ème étape (1h15mn)
17:45
CYCLISME
CYCLISME : Tirreno-Adriatico - 4ème étape (55mn)

sporza is live, they still have 102km to go.

Blanket has to realize he is in a doomed break. Why did he bother?

Astana is doing well so far most of their riders are up front and they're keeping the break in check

Horner says they are too weak to control the race...

Because the Boss called and said he had to at least TRY to make a show of it.

I thought they had changed the spin to "just a training race"...

I was just going to mention that. They have 3 guys around AC plus another three guys up front. And Fofonov in the break. Tactically they are riding smart. At some point Liquigas is going to have to chase.

Wonder if Caisse and Liquigas will come to the front on the second cat climb and try to drop as many of conty's team-mates as they can? Might seem a bit early but after the second cat there is a descent followed by an unmarked climb, then another descent and then the cat 1 climb so not much respite. Admittedly i think that conty's team-mates will all go out the back once the real racing on the cat 1 starts anyway.

Miller and they are friends of Alberto.

I was thinking the same thing, but it still seems that Leaky has more to lose here.

I saw someone on these forums say that, but I hadn't heard/read that from Team Lance presented by Radio Shack. That's pretty weak if they actually did. It's Paris Nice, not TDU.

No, I didn't read that from the team...just a poor editorial comment on my part.
