true but not seven km - 4km up at 2% and 1 flat to the finish. gee but u could be right th egap is at 40 sec now.

Afraid they'll be caught. That last hill doesn't look like much, think it'll make a difference?

Its 45 seconds with 13kms to go. It would be tricky if it were all downhill but it is uphill in the last few kms. As long as the bunch keep chasing then it could be one where they all flash past inside the last kilometre.

I wonder if they just forced someone else to close down the gap on purpose. Or if he didn't have the legs. It gets steep (relatively speaking) at 3KM to go.
