Wiggins going off behind Rogers. Is it possible to make that work to his advantage?

Doubt it, but in any event can't see Rogers sacrificing himself in a TT to help Wiggins. I imagine Rogers wants to go out and show Wiggins he won't have team leadership as of right this season.

Wouldn't be so sure of that. Westra was pretty strong on the climbs compared to last year in other races as well, and he made the difference with many others on the climb in this TT as well.

Vinokourov has mainly gone backwards on climbs this year so far.

Aaaaand...Vino did went backwards on the climb, lost a lot of time

Vino faded...that hill must be a monster (relatively speaking of course).

I hate to say it, but it is starting to look like it is one year too many for the man.

He'll probably make me eat my hat later on. He'll probably do that even if my fears turn out to be right.

There is probably a fair amount of truth to that. Time waits for no man.

Well, last year at this point had he done much? He was great in the Ardennes, but through March he had a 5th place finish at the Tour de Med and was pretty invisible at T-A (thing he finished 10th on a stage).

last year many people said the same, his comeback would be a failure.

Yes, it appears that I followed steephill to bradleywiggins.tv. Anyone else on the course?

Hah, indeed... I'm just watching the finish of tirreno instead. Could be a good day for wiggins though.
