Why doesn't Quickstep do their favorite 1-2 tactic, since they got Gilbert and Lampaert in the front group?
Too early yet. They'll wait till after the Carrefour de l'Arbre and then try it I think if they are both still there. Not sure it will work though. I don't think Politt and WVA are the kind of riders to throw away winning chances by just bluffing and waiting for someone else to close the gap (unlike Sagan and Vanmarcke).

If they start playing games now they will get caught by the group behind and why would you waste a situation with 2 of your guys in a 6 men head of the race

if Wout is the leader of Visma then why he was not helped by a teammate earlier?
Could have used that energy now
I guess the thinking was that if a teammate would have come back to help, WVA would have dropped them immediately on the cobbles anyway. - given the power he need to put out to make up the ground. Then they would have been out of the race. Better keep them up front so they could be of some use later.

WTF is Stybar doing today
Everything right. Always on place two, destroying every move by another team. But what was Senechal thinking? :D
Yeah but he was supposed to be the leader today but was sleeping the whole race. Now he suddently looks strong.

Ah, ok. Well, yes, looks strong again but maybe not at 100% after last week.
